Re-Inspection

After the inspection is completed home buyers often request repairs. In a perfect world all repairs would be made by a licensed professional skilled in that particular repair, but in reality most homeowners repair it themselves or hire a non-professional. This leaves the home buyer trusting the seller performed adequate repairs without any validation. This often creates a problem slowing down the closing procedure or even hindering the sale. Sometimes re-inspections are not necessary. The repairs are obvious, but we are finding more and more home buyers asking for re-inspections. If you’re interested in a re-inspection, you should notify the seller the same time you request repairs.

Our re-inspections take less than an hour. We will inquire who made the repairs if the information is available. All said repairs will be tested or visibly inspected. We will write up a non-biased opinion of all requested repairs and the client will get a verbal and written report within 24 hours.
